2. How do I book a service?

  • To book a service please first reach out to us directly via the contact form to inquire about availability. Once we've confirmed the details and we've confirmed we have space , you can then proceed with booking by contacting us directly through lunabear_petcare@hotmail.com, we can assist you with the booking process personally. This ensures that we can accommodate your needs and schedule, making the booking experience as smooth as possible!

3. Do you offer free meet-and-greets?

  • Yes! We offer free meet-and-greet sessions for new clients. This allows us to get to know your pet, discuss your pet’s routine and needs, and ensure we’re a good fit for each other before booking any services.

4. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a service?

  • We understand that plans change! We have a cancellation/rescheduling policy that can be found in our website on section 24. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible.

5. Are you insured or hold any qualifications ?

  • Yes! We are fully insured to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets while they are in our care. We are also fully DBS checked and qualified in Dog First Aid.We take your pet’s safety security seriously and follow best practices for pet care.

6. How will I know how my pet is doing?

  • We believe in keeping you updated! For dog walking and sitting services, we send daily updates via text, email, or photos of your pet. For longer services, we can send multiple updates throughout the day so you know exactly how your pet is doing!

7. Do you care for pets with special needs or medical conditions?

  • Yes, we do! We are experienced in caring for pets with special needs, such as medication administration, mobility challenges, or medical conditions. Please let us know your pet's specific requirements, and we’ll make sure their care is tailored to their needs.

8. What should I provide for my pet during a service?

  • For dog walking services, please provide a leash and collar or harness, and for dog sitting please provide any necessary items like food, medications, or treats. If you're unsure, just ask, and we’ll guide you!

9. Do you care for cats?

  • Yes! We offer cat sitting and drop-in visits for cats as well. Whether it’s feeding or just some playtime and cuddles, we’ll make sure your fury friend is well cared for while you're away.

10. How long are your dog walks?

  • Our dog walks typically range from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your dog’s needs and energy levels. We also offer longer walks if your dog requires more exercise.

11. Can you handle multiple pets at once?

  • Yes, we are happy to care for multiple pets in a household! We have experience handling dogs, cats, and other animals simultaneously. If you have more than one pet, we’ll make sure they each receive the attention and care they deserve.

12. What happens if my pet gets sick or injured during a service?

  • Your pet’s safety and well-being are our top priorities. In the unlikely event that your pet gets sick or injured during a service, we will immediately contact you and take them to your preferred veterinarian if needed. We also carry emergency contact information for each pet we care for.

13. What are your payment options?

  • We accept various payment methods, including PayPal and bank transfers. Payments can be made by contacting us directly. For regular clients, we can set up a subscription-based payment plan.

14. What should I do if my pet has behavioral issues (e.g., aggression, anxiety)?

  • Please let us know about any behavioral concerns when you fill out our new customer form, which can be found via our website. We are experienced in working with anxious, shy, or reactive pets and will tailor our care approach to meet their needs. For aggressive behavior, we may consider a trial session before the service begins.

15. Can I schedule services for holidays or special events?

  • Absolutely! We offer services during holidays, weekends, and special events. However, please note that there may be an increased demand and higher rates for major holidays, so we recommend booking well in advance to secure your spot.

16. Do you have any experience with specific dog breeds or temperaments?

  • Yes, we have experience working with a wide variety of breeds, from small puppies to large dogs and everything in between. Whether your dog is high-energy, shy, or a senior pet with special needs, we’ll ensure they receive the care and attention they need.

17. Do you provide services for small animals?

  • Yes, we do offer drop-ins and pet sitting services for small animals, including rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and other small pets. Whether you need a quick visit to check on your pet, provide food and water, or offer some playtime and companionship.We make sure your small animals are cared for in a safe and comfortable environment while you're away, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve. 18. Do you offer discount for an additional dog?
